Meet Frances Jones

I began my career in finance and accounting, but I always felt that something was missing. I enjoyed the work, but I wasn’t touching people’s lives the way in which I always dreamed. I realized I wanted to share my experiences, help people through theirs and bring more meaning and purpose into the lives of those around me. I researched iPEC’s program for a year before taking action to follow my dream of becoming a coach.

I am a writer, bestselling author, advocate, Women Empowerment speaker, and corporate trainer.

My educational background includes an MA in Educational Leadership and a Masters in Accountancy. I am a Certified Scrum Master. I am an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), as well as a Global member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am a partner with RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. I am the Founder of Heart Desires Fulfillment Coaching, LLC, which is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. My focus is Transformational and infertility coaching.

In my free time, I love to sing and make people laugh. I enjoy gardening, being in nature, inspiring books and movies, and spending time with my husband, three children, four grandchildren, and my sweet little Maltipoo, Happy. I spend a great deal of my life touching the lives of others through random acts of kindness.

My personal infertility story

For many years, my husband and I tried relentlessly to conceive with no success. For every moment of excitement that I encountered, hoping I had finally conceived, the disappointment of finding out I had not sometimes left me feeling numb and very discouraged.

Eventually, after several years and trying everything my husband and I could medically afford to do, we finally accepted the fact that conceiving children was not part of God's plan for our lives.

With that in mind, I took the remaining fertility drugs I had and donated them to the fertility clinic that had been helping us. It was my hope that the drugs would help someone else to conceive that perhaps was not able to afford the medicine. It gave me comfort knowing that perhaps my donation could make someone else's dream come true.

That wasn't the end of my journey. The feeling of not being able to conceive never completely goes away, but the experiences that I've had led me to where I am today. A very good friend of mine once told me that my pain would one day be my pulpit, and God would use it to help others. I have written a self-help memoir of my infertility journey titled “Overcoming the Emotional Stigmas of Infertility: Barren but Not Ashamed.

I was interviewed by Laura Coleman on The Adoption and Fertility Finance Show. During this podcast interview, I shared some of the heartaches I endured as a result of not being able to conceive, as well as why I chose to share my story in my book. You can listen to the podcast interview by clicking here or by clicking the Family Money Coaching image below.

I am also happy to be a supporter of and advocate with TN Fertility Advocates. This wonderful organization is working diligently to propose changes that will allow benefits for infertility treatments to be more available for Tennessee employees. Click on the logo below to learn more.

It is my desire to use my infertility experiences and journey to support other individuals and couples dealing with fertility challenges and help them deal with the stress and disappointment that go along with it. I believe love gives you the strength to hope for what seems impossible. I invite you to take the Fertility 5 Personal Assessment Tool survey on the left, which is Empowered by Resolve. Upon receiving your assessment results, feel free to contact me.
