ELI 360 and Personal Debrief
This simple online assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete.
The Energy Leadership™ Index 360 (ELI 360) assessment includes the ELI self-assessment plus the ability to have up to 25 individual raters take the assessment on your behalf. This assessment will provide you with a holistic view of your energetic profile. The raters can be co-workers, family, friends, clients, peers, etc.
Once the results are in, I will guide you through a one-to-one Energy Leadership Index debrief session. Through this personalized session, you’ll discover the percentage of each of the 7 energy levels that you typically experience under stress and also under “normal” conditions.
You’ll also discover your Average Resonating Level of Energy (A.R.L.), which represents the average of all your energy levels, under normal conditions and in reaction to stressful circumstances.
You’ll gain insights into where (and how) you’re investing your energy and discover a clear path to your work and life goals—and likely, a higher A.R.L. Studies show that those with a higher A.R.L. are more satisfied with life and earn more income.
